Our biggest struggle was getting lost in our own story with too many narratives and no common purpose. Our aim is to create a legacy brand, and we knew from the onset that we needed alignment to clarify our messaging, backed by our beliefs and values.

The workshop allowed us to get inside the head of the optoms and really think outside the box of different ways to engage with them and build solid lasting relationships.
